(hereinaGer referred to as the "App" ) and related electric vehicle (EV) charging services

(hereinaGer referred to as the "Services" ).

By downloading, registering, or using our App and Services, you acknowledge that you

have read and understood this Privacy Policy and agree to the collecꢀon and use of your

informaꢀon as described herein.

web versions), and date/ꢀme stamps of access.

• Usage Data: EV charging session history, energy consumpꢀon, charging staꢀon

locaꢀons used.

• Locaꢀon Data: Your device's precise or approximate locaꢀon to ﬁnd nearby

charging staꢀons and iniꢀate charging sessions.

• Device Permissions: Camera access (for scanning QR codes on charging staꢀons

to start sessions).

• To Provide and Operate Services: Creaꢀng and managing your account,

authenꢀcaꢀng your idenꢀty, locaꢀng charging staꢀons, and enabling charging sessions

via QR code scanning.

or receipts, and managing refunds.

• To Communicate With You: Sending service-related noꢀﬁcaꢀons (e.g., charging

status, payment conﬁrmaꢀons), responding to your customer support inquiries, and

informing you about updates to the App or Services.

an aggregated or anonymized basis) to enhance App funcꢀonality, user experience,

and reliability.

• To Ensure Security: Detecꢀng and prevenꢀng fraudulent acꢀviꢀes,

unauthorized access, and other harmful acꢀviꢀes, and protecꢀng the integrity of our

systems.

• To Comply with Legal Obligaꢀons: Fulﬁlling requirements under Omani laws

and regulaꢀons.
